Introducing LUI & ELLE

Once upon a time La French girl met the man of her dreams in….America!

LUI & ELLE means HE & SHE in French. LUI, the American and ELLE, the French. I came up with this name, when we started taking pictures together and I labelled them like that on my instagram account for fun.

We met on the cold Chicago night of November 12, 2017. It was my birthday and I celebrated it with friends at a well-known electro-house music venue, where a DJ was playing live that night.

LUI & ELLE attended the same music event. This is how and where the story started. The universe made us be at the right place at the right time and the stars aligned.

We officially started dating on December 2nd, 2017 and we haven’t been apart more than a week since then. We lived together pretty quickly and he proposed on our second year anniversary.

About LUI, he is the creative person, the industrial designer, who loves motorbikes and has a vintage Honda.

We love to go for a ride and to travel together. Our favorite place is California and our favorite city Los Angeles. We love the California weather and its laid-back lifestyle. It reminds me where I grew-up in France.

Three years in the book, lots of fun and travel, but also our share of differences, a pandemic and LUI & ELLE cannot wait to see, what life has in store for them! I will post our adventures in that section of the blog. To be continued!
